Whenever I have to travel and make flight plans, I have always been perfectly satisfied with the service I have received at CAA here in Saint John. I frequently miss items on airline websites that potentially can save me money. I am happy to let CAA agents handle bookings, as they are much more familiar with the airline websites and are on top of any recent deals that may be on offer that I have not heard about. Recently, Nadeen saved me money when she noticed a special one-day discount with a different airline than I had requested. Thanks, Nadeen! I tell everyone how easy it is to book flights with CAA. They know what they’re doing and get the best fares and seats.
