ATLANTIC CANADA — comprising the provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island — has long been a muse for filmmakers, its landscapes imbued with a raw, almost mythic quality. Rugged coastlines, timeworn towns, and dramatic natural vistas provide not just a backdrop but a living, breathing character in countless films and television series. These provinces, with their wild beauty and understated charm, have quietly but unmistakably claimed their place in the visual lexicon of contemporary storytelling.
