A flat tire with a shredded valve stem had me stuck on the side of the road on a cold, windy day. CAA Otto came to my assistance, and it was first class; the operator was excellent. Thank you so much. –Michael M.

GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND

Devin, the helpful and personable service vehicle operator that came to my rescue recently, was excellent! He addressed the reason for my call, a loose piece of the undercarriage of my car, by taking it off and putting it in the trunk. Then, he noticed one of my tires was loose and filled it up with air. IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE

I recently called CAA for roadside assistance, and the experience was faster than I expected. CAA kept me informed on the service vehicle operator’s ETA, which turned out to be 30 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was pleasant, polite and was able to get our car unlocked promptly. He even waited to see if my car would start, and suggested somewhere we would be able to get a new key fob if necessary. –Cynthia R.

TRAVEL BOOKING IS A BREEZE

CAA Travel Advisor Michelle is amazing! There were a lot of small challenges during the planning process of my recent trip that she helped me with. They would have been very confusing for me if I had planned it on my own. Michelle very quickly figured out the flights, booked a rental and airport hotels. She is fast and efficient, yet friendly. Although she’s knowledgeable, if there’s something she’s unsure of, she will research it and get back to you if necessary. I have full confidence in her ability to help out if any issues arise, which they never have. –Wendy F.
