DARK AND STORMY

My wife was driving on a rainy night, going 110 km/hr, when our tire blew out. We called CAA and, while waiting for someone to arrive, we got a call back from a very pleasant representative who reassured us that help was on the way. Within a half hour, a tow truck arrived, piloted by a man with a big personality who put us at ease in short order. He delivered our car to a garage close to our home. It would’ve been impossible to provide better service. Because of this experience, I recommend CAA to everyone I talk to. Thank you, CAA! –Cecil B.

THERE’S A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING

After calling for roadside assistance for the first time, I now know that CAA provides outstanding service all around. The service vehicle operator arrived quickly, following my call, and was professional and friendly. I thought that I just needed a boost to my dead battery, then he’d be on his way. To my surprise, he did a diagnostic of the entire starting system to ensure that it was just the battery at fault. It turns out it was, so he replaced the battery on the spot. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and before I knew it I was back on the road. This would had taken me a lot longer if I had to shop for a battery and install it myself, and it would not have been any cheaper. An excellent experience. –Bruce M.
